it is such a beautiful thing to be in the company of family.

with those who know you completely -- faults and imperfections and all.

ash and her boys had unfortunately had two different trips to houston derailed due to various circumstances. but this past week, they made it!

it was so very very good to be together.  and let the kids be together.  it is so much fun to see the boys interacting so much now that they are getting older.  it was a wild house of 5 kids and we had a wonderful time!!

thank you so much for making the trip, ash, griff and diego!  we love you!
